4. How Coaches Access Your Information

When you submit your details, your information is collected and controlled by the Achievers Team.

We aim to connect you with the coach you saw when you completed the form, based on the UID code, QR scan or link that brought you to this page.

A coach is assigned to you according to the source of your enquiry so that your introduction and follow up remain consistent with the person you chose to engage with.

The assigned coach acts as a Data Processor and may contact you only to support your enquiry. They follow the instructions of the Achievers Team and cannot use your information for unrelated business activities unless you specifically request that information.

If a coach stops using the Achievers Team System but remains part of the Achievers Team, they may still continue supporting you so that your relationship is not interrupted.

5. If You Request Information About a Coach's Personal Business

If during conversation you ask the coach for information about their personal business, this creates a separate consent relationship between you and that coach.

6. When Your Data May Be Reassigned

Your information will only be reassigned if:

• A coach leaves the Achievers Team entirely
• You request a different contact
• Compliance reasons require it

Your information is not reassigned simply because a coach cancels their Achievers Lead System subscription.

7. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:

• Your consent – given when you submit the form
• Legitimate interest – to respond to your enquiry and support your decision-making

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your information for as long as necessary to support your enquiry:

• Up to 24 months if you remain active in conversation
• As long as you remain active if you join the Achievers Team

We may delete or anonymise your data sooner if appropriate or if you request deletion.

These services comply with UK GDPR and are bound by strict contractual obligations.
